To further our vision of an effective men's ministry in every congregation
LMM creates and supports several unique leadership development programs. 

The One Year to Live Retreat concept was developed in partnership with Lyman Coleman. As a pioneer of small group ministry and the CEO and founder of Serendipity Publishing House Lyman brought his 40 years of experience and expertise to creating the OYTL retreat.

In October 2006 the LMM board (pictured here) met with Lyman to experience the prototype retreat at his La Mancha lodge high on the Continental Divide on Colorado. Since then the retreat has been offered multiple times and enough new leaders have been trained to allow propagation of this three day retreat all over the US.

A lay led event, OYTL is targeted toward men who desire to take a serious look at their lives. Are you are willing to put everything on the line for Jesus Christ?
